It’s also essential to create a space that is free from distractions, a space where you can fully connect with the energy and allow it to flow through you. Whether it’s lighting a candle, calling in sacred space (we do this in the mediation as well), or simply taking a few deep breaths, find what helps you prepare to receive this gift.
