Becoming the Living Bridge Between Earth and Stars
Receiving the Earthkeepers Rite is a powerful energetic activation, but the true transformation unfolds in the integration process.
Integration doesn’t mean rushing to understand everything. In fact, much of what this rite awakens can’t be processed through the linear mind. Instead, this stage is about embodiment, sacred listening, and consistency — gently creating space for the energies to root into the body, the nervous system, and the soul’s daily rhythm.
Integration is not about doing more — it's about becoming more present with what’s already within. The Earthkeepers Rite doesn't ask for perfection. It simply asks for relationship — with Earth, with Source, with the self.
I encourage you to trust that everything you need to hold this rite is already within you. What’s unfolding is not new. It’s ancient. And you are simply remembering the light you agreed to carry long ago.
You have already done so much work and it can feel like a lot. Trust me, I GET IT!!!
The energetic upgrades that come with the Earthkeepers Rite can stir a lot within the body, sometimes fatigue, buzzing sensations, dreams, emotional waves, or a subtle feeling of being “expanded.”
All of this is part of your system adjusting to new light frequencies.
I encourage you to engage in practices that calm the nervous system and allow integration to land in the body. These might include:
Gentle breathwork, such as box breathing or rhythmic 6-second inhales and exhales
Salt baths with grounding essential oils (like vetiver, cedarwood, frankincense)
Energy hygiene rituals, such as dry brushing or auric clearing visualizations
Restorative yoga, yin yoga, or slow stretching that keeps the body open without stimulating it
The idea is not to push through the energy — it’s to let it root, like a seed settling into rich soil.
Since the Earthkeepers Rite activates the golden cord and your relationship to the cosmic realms, integration also involves tending that line. Think of it like keeping a spiritual channel clean and responsive.
Things I like to do that may help you as well:
Star-gazing meditation — laying under the night sky and inviting a conscious connection to the Great Central Sun (Hunab Ku), silently listening for impressions, guidance, or even just the feeling of peace
Morning sun connection — placing the palms and third eye toward the sun for 1–3 minutes, welcoming the solar codes into the golden cord
Healy support (if you have one - not required) with frequencies like Crown Connection, Soul Cycle, or Being to help stabilize the higher downloads
You don't have to understand everything you receive — the goal is simply to show up with presence and trust, allowing the light to work its way through your field.
After the Earthkeepers Rite, my previous students often experience a heightened state of intuition and dreaming (like the other 6 rites just activated all at the same time). Integration becomes a time of actively listening — and one of the best tools for this is Soul Dialogue journaling.
I encourage the following prompts to deepen integration:
“What does the Earth want to teach me right now?”
“What dream is seeking to emerge through me?”
“How can I be of service in a sacred and sustainable way?”
“What part of me is still resisting the full embodiment of this light?”
I suggest (and already have) creating a dedicated journal or voice note series titled The Munay-Ki (some of you already have a space to write this as we talked about having a separate journal for these rites) — a place where you can track your dreams, synchronicities, Earth messages, and energetic shifts during the weeks following the rite.
Integration thrives in consistency. When you show up each day with even a short, soul-aligned practice, the rite becomes less of a “thing you will receive” and more of “a frequency you will live.”
Some things I like to do to create connection:
Lighting a candle or incense with a whispered intention: “I walk today as a guardian of the dream.”
Brief silent meditation connecting to the Earth below and the Sun above.
A one-line journal entry (dream recall, insight, or gratitude)
Frequency session with Healy or nature walk
It’s not about perfection — it’s about devotion.
One of the most beautiful ways to integrate the Earthkeepers Rite is to be in relationship with the Earth, not as something to fix or use, but as a conscious being to walk beside.
Beyond stewardship or action, this rite calls for listening, co-creation, and respectful presence.
I invite you to try:
Offering water or sacred herbs to a tree or piece of land
Asking the land each week: “What do you need from me?”
Making a commitment to a personal place of power — visiting it regularly to reconnect, meditate, and offer prayers
This creates a personal ritual site — a space where your rite becomes anchored in the land, and where the Earth begins to speak back.
